School Hearing and Vision 3rd & 6th Grades

Email dated:  6-16-24 Ms. Johnson, Good afternoon! My name is Amanda Martin and I am the chairman for the Valdosta Junior Service League's Hearing & Vision Screening Committee this upcoming year. I was hoping I could get a date on the school calendar for the hearing and vision screening. Would September 12th work? We are tentatively planning other private school screenings on the 12th so timely will be TBD until I get everyone confirmed for their days.  Looking forward to hearing back from you so we can ensure our ladies are scheduled and ready to assist your school with their screening needs! We will plan on being at the school around 8:15 and have everything setup and ready to start screening around 8:30.
